5. Brand Yourself ‘Brilliant’
Look at 3 areas:
– Hair
– Dress
– Body
– Look good, feel good, feel confident
6. Stretch your confidence
– Do something which makes you feel uncomfortable
(such as going to a singles’ bar)
– Give yourself the ‘ouch’ factor
7. Copycat
Look at role models over 50 and learn from them!
