If sneaking a weekend away to the Cote d’Azur is not an option, then wearing azure blue may be a good alternative. For a (very late) day 39 of the dresses with sleeves challenge I have selected a dress from Pied a Terre from House of Fraser. Long sleeves, draped where needed and an unusual neckline make this dress a winner for me.
