Hi All, wanted to let you know that I recently had some milia removed (white fatty deposits round the eyes). Had been debating for ages, wish I had gone ahead sooner. It was not expensive, hurt a bit when being done, but the results a week later is smooth fabulous skin. VERY happy. M

Hi there, well I’ve been doing the 5/2 diet for almost eight months now and have lost about 13 lbs, Im now at 9st 3lbs. Have to say that its pretty easy to do as long as you have willpower!
