Alternatively, if you don’t want a gravatar you can simply log in and select:
My Account -> Profile -> Change Avatar
from the top navigation bar for a site specific avatar.

Added the ability to add videos from most video sites. Simply add the URL and it will parse. For example, this one from Youtube.
