    Article by Ceri Wheeldon It is quite possible that 1 in 8 women turning 50 this year will live to be 100.  With potentially another 50 years ahead of us, 50 is far too young to become invisible and blend into the background. With the prospect of more of our adult years ahead of us as opposed to behind us, it’s time to redefine how women over  50 are viewed by society and the workplace. We are a vibrant, resilient, multi-tasking sector of society who has much to offer.  We also owe it to ourselves to make sure that we are well prepared for the next stage of our lives.
