Women get too hang up on the age factor rather than just enjoying your life and maintaining good health by exercise and eating healthy food. Besides 50 is the new 40 and if you still have high energy levels then that is a bonus. Taking care of your skin is another essential factor and investing in some good creams and cleansing.
I always laugh when skin care companies put the price up further when it is anti ageing. You can also make your own skin care products which are just as effective and save you money.
Rejoice in your age, feel comfortable and start being active. If you look younger than your real age be thankful and grow old gracefully and with style. That is my motto. My aunt died a few years ago and she was 94 and a half. She never looked her age and took care of herself with fruit and cereal for breakfast, a healthy lunch and a small dinner with a cocktail. I learned alot from her and the most important thing she taught me was to not stress and learn to laugh more in life.
Thanks

Leoni I love your approach to growing old gracefully and with style! Your aunt would have made an excellent role model for many of us!
