Carita Pro-lift facial – a facial that makes a visible difference

facials for women over 50 imageArticle by Ceri Wheeldon.
We all like to be pampered, but when I have a salon facial (which is not very often) I like to come back from my treatment feeling it has made a visible difference to how I look as well . The one facial that I am convinced actually leaves me looking different afterwards is by Carita.
I’m told that many French politicians are fans of the Carita pro-lift facial  and in fact book them prior to TV appearances as it leaves features looking lifted and rested.
I popped in to a salon offering Carita treatments during a stay in Cannes. I went for the 90 minute high performing lift and toning facial. My therapist asked if there were any areas I would like her to focus on for the ‘lifting’ – I asked her to concentrate on my eyes.

Lifting and contouring

The 90 minute  treatment included exfoliation, deep cleansing, massage and ‘lifting’ with yellow sponges attached to an electrical machine. I was told the ‘sponges’were very effective at lifting and contouring.
The active ingredients in the products used include macadamia oil, white lupin and liquorice.
When I looked in the mirror at the end of my treatment I could actually see a difference. My therapist kindly invited me to pop back for a free half hour session for her to work a little more on the area around my eyes . Unfortunately I was flying back to the UK the next day so unable to take her up on her offer. I would definitely consider booking the Carita eye treatment as a stand alone session at a salon here in the UK

The Carita Pro-lift facial is available at various salons throughout the UK. It is not cheap, but is one I would definitely recommend ahead of a special occasion. I have checked various UK salon prices and it seems the average price is in the region of £115, although the eye treatment is available on its own at an average of £45.

I found the results instant and remarkable – having been so spoilt I have not since found any facial which compares. A luxury facial worth waiting for.
