Blessed selves, and welcome to another Monday Morning Moment of Calm. Your weekly Moment of Calm is another chance for you to pause, reconnect and find the magic within your heart. From this space it becomes easier for you to pause, relax, slow down and appreciate being in the now.

Today’s Moment of Calm is a short inspirational poem, Breathe Deep, to remind you that in the midst of your busyness, taking time to breathe and practice a few simple breathing exercises,  is all you need to reclaim your calm and inner peace.

Take a few moments to settle yourself, lower your shoulders, lengthen the back of your neck, smile and as you focus on your breath, enjoy today’s short Moment of Calm meditation poem

Be focused, stay focused

When you feel the energy slipping away

When you want to run and hide away

~all you have to do is ~

Be still

Be focused

Breathe deep.

Visualise the light surrounding you

Breath deep

See the white light guiding and protecting you

…breathe deep…and slowly exhale…
