I have been painstakingly researching the scientific literature on how to slow down the aging process at a cellular level for many years. Once I assembled a comprehensive system based on the outcomes of my research, I started changing my lifestyle accordingly. After only a few months, I started seeing impressive changes and can now honestly say that I have never felt better in my life. After being repeatedly asked to reveal my anti-aging secrets, I decided to share my knowledge and experience.
But the book is not only about keeping your skin looking young and beautiful. It’s also about how to stay young within. It is about extending life span while feeling fit, well and happy because what is the use of having the most amazing skin if you die of a heart attack or cancer at the age of 55? Newest research from the area of epigenetics has confirmed that genes do not behave like a light switch (i.e. either on or off, present or absent), but more like a light dimmer. Prominent longevity researchers believe that only 20–30% of what happens to us is determined by our genes (i.e. inheritance), and that the other 70–80% can be attributed to our environment and how well we maintain ourselves, i.e. are due to the lifestyle choices we make every day.
You can achieve this by inducing a beneficial hormonal and metabolic balance in your body and skin, which, in turn, will support longevity, and beautiful, healthy, young looking skin. I want you to become biologically younger from within, not just show fewer lines and wrinkles on the surface.
