Competition: Win Diamond Blend Products (anti-ageing skincare)

Posted by Ceri Wheeldon

Diamond Blend have offered a selection of their anti-ageing skincare products as a competition prize for FabafterFifty readers.

The Diamond Blend Range is one of my favourites to be launched in 2013 – the Diamond 24 Hour Moisturiser is fabulous – it works as both a day and night cream – so no need to buy 2 separate products, and also I found I didn’t need to use a serum with it. A fab find with innovative technology behind it with ingredients including diamond particles and Arctic marine Phytoplankton. See my full review.

Always wear a moisturiser with SPF even in the winter to protect the skin from harmful UV rays and cut sugar out of the diet… especially fructose.. this ages the body both inside and out!

Make an effort to go to bed early – “an hour before eleven is worth two after seven”, my Grandma always used to say! Extra sleep not only makes you feel better and more able to cope with life’s stress, but your body will thank you by making you look better too. 🙂

Fish! Fish has amazing oils that combined with lots of water produce amazing results skin wise. Also, if you have dark circles under your eyes, seek advice from your GP, you may developed sinus problems. Avoid caffeine, drink lots of water and sleep sitting up as far as you can handle.

Add a couple of drops of oil to your regular night cream a few times a week. This will soften skin overnight but won’t leave skin feeling oily in the morning.
Clarins Blue Orchid oil or Santal oil are fab for this but even an inexpensive baby oil does the trick.

Have a detox day, fruit and water only every 2 weeks
