Hugs and welcome dear gentle friends to today’s Moment of Calm post which is an inspirational poem, “Sometimes I Forget” To Raise Your Self-Esteem. It is offered to support you maintain your resolve to worry less, be happy and love yourself more.

Learning to be calm and putting your needs for fun and happiness is part of the journey towards living a life of calm and inner peace. The busyness of daily life makes it challenging to stay focused and calm and it’s easy to be side tracked and end up stressed and anxious worrying about your family, work, and financial concerns. From personal experience, I know what it is like when you’re feeling low and self doubt and fear run your life; you doubt your ability to effect change and that negative-self-destruct tune replay in your mind.

Are You Feeling Low?

If you’re going through a rough patch, chances are it triggers past childhood scripts, which keep you stuck in your pain and lowers your confidence and energy to stay open and attract the goodness and change you seek. As usual, we are here to cheer you on. “Sometimes I Forget” is a short poem to raise your spirits, boost your self-esteem and remind you how great and wonderful you are. YAY!!!

Find a quiet space; take 3 gentle breaths in and out through your nose and tune into the positive vibrations…

Inspirational Poem – Sometimes I Forget

Sometimes I forget who I am and the pain I’ve overcome

Sometimes I dwell in the past, relive the sadness and

breathe in the sorrow – and can’t let it go.

Other times, I’m able to smile, be happy, flow with spirit and am

proud of who I am, where I am from and intending to go.

But that’s ok…the sadness and the sorrow, the joy and happiness

It’s all the same, because that’s who I am and makes me the sacred being I truly am.
