A higher neckline and a lower price tag! I have had quite a few requests for dresses with sleeves that don’t show any cleavage – whether due to crepey skin or perhaps post mastectomy -and also for some dresses that are more affordable.
I have selected this Rise Pippa Knot Dress from John Lewis as I think it ticks all the boxes . The knot at the waist helps to draw in the waistline. The colour is stunning – just right as we launch into spring. It’s a great transitional dress for this time of year. At only £35 it is a bargain!
One thing I would say though, is that round necklines like this can have a tendency to make your neck look shorter – so unless you are blessed with a swan-like neck, wear a necklace which draws the eyes down into the shape of a ‘V’ ( no chokers!) to create the illusion of a longer neck.
All in all a fab find.
The dress is available from John Lewis – and at the time of writing in all sizes!
