      Hi there, well I’ve been doing the 5/2 diet for almost eight months now and have lost about 13 lbs, Im now at 9st 3lbs. Have to say that its pretty easy to do as long as you have willpower! I do mine on Monday and Wednesday and save most of my calories for my evening meal and even have enough left for a small snack in the evening. It may be hard…[Read more]
